Meet Your Doctor

Dr. Dalian Caraballo is a board-certified family physician.  She was born and raised in Puerto Rico where she completed a bachelor degree in Biology at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. She earned a medical degree at the Iberoamerican University School of Medicine (UNIBE) in Dominican Republic and completed a specialty in Family Medicine at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ohio, where she served as a Chief Resident. After residency, she worked in the field of urgent care and occupational medicine before moving to Florida to begin a career in correctional medicine in 2013.  In March 2017, frustrated with the traditional healthcare model, she learned about the great benefits of Direct Primary Care model and opened her office, Your Family MD.

She enjoys helping others and together with a strong group of women physicians, provided medical disaster relief after hurricane Irma & Maria in 2017. She founded the group Doctor@s Boricuas that is composed of close to 3K physicians native from Puerto Rico who are allover the world.

For entertainment she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family & traveling.

As physicians, we can't sit & wait for someone else to fix our primary care problem; we need to do our part.

Let us help fix healthcare by doing what we love and what we were called for:

Serve & Advocate for our Patients.

“I have embarked in the journey to restore the faith in healthcare”
