I can provide a one-month refill if you're stable on your current medication and need a refill.
Simply provide me with the following information:
- Complete pharmacy details for refill delivery.
- Medication names, doses, and frequencies.
- Any drug allergies.
It's important for me to ensure your well-being, so regular check-ins with me are needed for longer refills. If you prefer a three months refill, please schedule a consult with me, either in person or via telemedicine.
Please note that I cannot refill controlled substances like Xanax or Percocet.
If you have home equipment, please provide your blood pressure, heart rate, glucose (sugar) level, temperature, and weight.
