About Us

Your Family MD was founded in 2017 by Dalian Caraballo, a board-certified family medicine doctor. We work under a direct care model, meaning that we contract directly with our patients, not with insurance companies. We began by offering care for patients of all ages and full primary care services, and we transitioned to telemedicine and caring for adults only in 2020. 

Our practice is evolving to add more value to our beloved patients. We currently offer doctor consultations via telemedicine (virtual consults), and starting in August, we will offer the option of in-person visits as well. Our doctor is undergoing training for various certifications, including Culinary Medicine specialist training, Health & Life Coach, Precision Nutrition, and, in the future, Functional Medicine.  Our doctor desire to create healthcare solutions that effortlessly integrate into the busy lives of her patients to ensure their well-being never takes a backseat amidst life's demands.

Our priority is not billing insurance; it is you. 

That is why we chose to work directly with you and not take insurance for our services. Staying out of insurance allows us to make it simple for you to schedule your appointment, work directly with the same doctor, and avoid many of the hassles of insurance, such as not knowing the cost of the service, waiting for weeks before you can talk to a doctor and having to change doctors because they are no longer covered or your insurance has changed and so much more.
