Yearly Test Panel & Preventive Screening

We know how important it is for patients to understand their health. At the same time, we know that patients have busy schedules, and often taking time off to go to the doctor's office could be inconvenient. We created this service to make it easier for patients to obtain a great snapshot of their overall health and to use this information to begin making lifestyle changes to improve or optimize their health.

Choose this option if you need a consult to do a Yearly Laboratory Test Panel and need an order for preventive screening for your age. 

It includes:

Laboratory order for:

• CBC - Complete Blood Count Panel 
• CMP - Complete Metabolic Panel 
• TSH with reflex T4 - Thyroid Testing
• Lipid panel - Cholesterol level
• Routine Urinalysis - Check your urine
• Hemoglobin A1C - Diabetes Screening
• Vitamin D levels
• Insulin levels
• CRP hs - determine the risk of developing coronary artery disease
• For males aged 40 and over: PSA - Prostate Test
• For patients aged 50 and over: the occult blood test
• Women aged 40 and over will receive a referral for a screening mammogram.
• Patients aged 50 and older will receive a referral for screening colonoscopy.
• Patients aged 50 and over, patients who have had a broken bone, or other illnesses that put their bone health at risk will receive a Dexa Scan order. 

Blood work can be done at any Labcorp facility.

Patients can use their insurance to pay for the screening imaging and colonoscopy. For patients in South Florida who do not have insurance, we can refer you to a center that provides affordable prices for studies.

Once you have your blood work and all the screening completed, you can notify us and we will schedule you for a 20-minute consult with our doctor to discuss the results and provide you with recommendations based on the results. 

The price includes consultation, referrals, and laboratory tests.
