Yes, we offer in-person consultations on Wednesdays only for yearly physical examinations, wellness checks, or chronic condition management.
Even on vacation, I will still be available by phone for your urgent needs unless I am out of the country (which rarely happens). I will notify you by email before any vacation unless there is an emergency with short notice.
I understand that life brings unexpected changes. I value open and honest relationships with my patients. I do not have a minimum commitment, but I ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice if you wish to cancel. If you decide to rejoin after canceling, there is a re-initiation fee of $99, and it will also depend on the availability of spots in my patient panel.

No, I prioritize patient privacy. Your medical records will never be shared with any third party unless you specifically request us to do so or in the case of a subpoena or search warrant issued to Your Family MD.

That's why we offer a complimentary "Meet & Greet" Session to discuss your healthcare needs, expectations, and all the pros and cons you might encounter. This visit provides an opportunity to ensure a productive and healthy relationship based on mutual understanding.
Although we do not bill insurance directly, our services can complement your coverage. Patients with a PPO insurance plan can seek reimbursement directly from their insurance company for medical services provided by Your Family MD. The fees paid for medical services can also be counted towards a high-deductible insurance plan.

For those without insurance, we have discounted prices for routine laboratory tests and negotiated discounted prices on imaging in South Florida.
